Arvind Kejiwal refused the film Dirty Politics

Aam Aadmi Party Chief Arvind Kejriwal the "Legend" of Delhi Assembly Election had been offered a 'saint's part' in K.C. Bokadia's film Dirty Politics. One may not trust it, however this is genuine that Delhi Chief Arvind Kejriwal was offered a critical part in Bollywood film Dirty Politics.  After Kejriwal courteously turned down the offer, the part thus has been offered to veteran performing artist Naseeruddin Shah. He has his degenerated clean picture that could have been beneficial for his involvement in the film.

This has been uncovered in an email traded between film chief KC Bokadia and Arvind Kejriwal in the month of October 2012. Bokadia had frantically attempted to cast Kejriwal in the part of a brave writer in his film. The email convey two solicitations by the film chief urging AAP boss to assume the part of 'courageous columnist' in the film, was apparently released to the media.

According to the e mail KC Bokadia tried his best to persuade Mr. Delhi CM saying

 “It is my desire to cast you as a protagonist in my upcoming movie, in the role of a journalist. He is like the hero of my film, who stands his guard against the corrupt politicians. The movie is called Dirty Politics, it is an ambitious film with an impressive artist line up. I humbly request you to give consideration to act in my film. It will enhance your image further. I will be very happy to narrate the character sketch in person."{oneindia}

Answering to that, replied the AAP chief :

"I am really flattered by your offer. I am a very small person. I have been a great admirer of your films. However, you would have heard that we have launched our new political party. I am neck deep into it. Our goal is to clean up this dirty politics. Therefore, I am really sorry I won't be able to take out time for the film"

The film is about to be released and some of the prestigious performing artists are Mallika Sherawat, JackieShroff, Ashutosh Rana, Anupam Kher, Om Puri and others.
