Shruti Hassan in Legal Trouble

A leading media and entertainment house, Picture house Media has already legal proceedings against Shruti Hassan, daughter of Kamal Hassan. But why Shruti Hassan is in legal trouble. As per the Picture House-

Shruti Hassan after entering into a contractual agreement to be the female lead in a bilingual starring Nagarjuna and Karthi directed by Vamsi Paidipalli has reneged on her contractual obligations. She has arbitrarily pulled out of the project citing dates clash as a flimsy excuse.

After entering in the agreement for the movie Shruti Hassan had sent an email and stated that she would not be able to do the film and did not agree to pay the penalty for coming out of the agreement suddenly.  And company said that for the unprofessional approach of Shruti Hassan they are going to face huge loss interms of reputation and finance. They are going to take legal proceeding against the daughter of Kamal Hassan, Shruti Hassan.

With an intention of ensuring that such unprofessional attitude is not repeated and to protect the interests of its various stakeholders, Picturehouse Media has initiated both civil and criminal proceedings against Shruti Hassan. 

Court already approved an injunction to prohibit Shruti Hassan from signing new movie further.
