Kangana Ranaut is All Set to Act on Meena Kumari's Biopic in 2016

Guess what! It’s kangna once again to raise the expectations of the audience to the peak. Yes! The actress with her mesmerizing real acting skill is gonna blow everyone away with excellence. It is heard that Kangana Ranaut has indeed confirmed to have finally come on board for Tigmanshu Dhulia's next- a biopic on the life of legendary actress Meena Kumari. But due to shortage of time it is confirmed that the movie can’t get on the floor before mid 2016.

According to the source the actress is overloaded with work at recent times. The actress already has a flurry of films lined up. In a recent conference she has confessed that two of her projects are keeping her busy at this time, one of them might be Tanu Weds Manu Returns releasing this May end, a little portion of the film is still left to be shot which they are currently filming. Post this, the actress will move on to her next with Imran Khan-Katti Batti, which she has already shot.

In the initial days of her career she has always been compared to the tragedy queen Meena Kumari, whatever maybe the reason, her personal life or her superhit tragedy movies like Gangster, Woh Lamhe etc and coincidentally now, she will be playing her part on screen as well .   Meena Kumari, best known for her work in films like Chhoti Bahu and Sahib Biwi Aur Ghulam, was an iconic star of Hindi cinema as well as a poet of great flair. Her personal life was full of pain and sorrow and she died of cirrhosis of liver in 1972. She was 39.

According to the filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia nobody can bring out the pain with perfection other than Kangna, which adds the spice on the dish. But as far as the news has spreaded  before that, she plans to wrap up Sujoy's film opposite Saif ali Khan which is an adaptation of The Devotion of Suspect X and Hansal Mehta's next which is a biopic on a famous mountaineer. Keeping all these in mind we can say she’s gonna set the screen on fire with her skill long after her mesmerizing 2006 tragedies like gangster and woh  lamhe.
